The Year 1 classes went on a trip to Dunster Castle as part of their topic on castles. They had a lovely tour of the castle and grounds and found out about how people lived a long time ago. They had a battlement enactment and were shown how a hand grenade was made. They were also allowed to try on the helmets and all held a cannon ball and were shown musket balls.
